Privacy Policy
Effective 25 July 2026
This policy explains how SagaBench AB handles personal data of website visitors, people who contact us, and customer representatives. It applies globally; where the GDPR or a comparable law gives you rights, we honour them.
1. Controller
SagaBench AB, Sweden, is the data controller. Privacy contact: info@sagabench.com.
2. What we collect
(a) Website usage: basic server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed) and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics, to operate and improve the site. (b) Contact and interest: your email address and message when you email us, request a Private Season, or join a waitlist. (c) Customer engagements: business-contact details of customer representatives. Model evaluations themselves involve no personal data — the worlds are entirely synthetic (see our Security page). We do not knowingly collect special-category data, and the service is not directed at children.
3. Why we process it, and our legal bases
To operate the site and respond to you (our legitimate interests); to take pre-contract steps at your request and to perform a contract; to send information you asked for (your consent, which you may withdraw at any time); and to comply with legal obligations.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies needed to run the site and, where enabled, analytics to understand usage. Where consent is legally required, we ask for it, and you can decline non-essential cookies without losing access to the core site.
5. Sharing and sub-processors
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the minimal service providers that host our site, deliver our email, and (if used) provide analytics, under contracts that restrict their use of it. A current list is available on request.
6. International transfers
We are based in the EU/EEA. Where personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on a lawful transfer mechanism such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and request portability; where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it. To exercise any right, email info@sagabench.com. EU/EEA users may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Sweden, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
9. Security
We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organisational measures; see our Security & Data Handling page.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes are posted here with a new effective date.
