Terms of Service
Effective 25 July 2026
These terms govern your use of sagabench.com and the free, public SagaBench tools. Paid engagements ("Private Season", "Enterprise") are governed by a separate written agreement; where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
1. Who we are
SagaBench AB, Sweden ("SagaBench", "we", "us"). Contact: info@sagabench.com.
2. The service
SagaBench provides a public leaderboard, methodology documentation, and replay tooling for long-horizon agentic evaluation, offered for information and evaluation. Public results and replay packages are made available under the licence stated in our public results repository (data and replay packages under CC BY 4.0; the verification engine, if and when distributed, under a separate evaluation-only licence). Paid evaluations are provided separately under their own agreement.
3. Eligibility and lawful use
The service is intended for business and research use by users who may lawfully access it. You may not use it where prohibited by applicable export-control or economic-sanctions law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) attempt to discover, reconstruct, or misuse our hidden holdout worlds, world-generator, or screening criteria; (b) use the service or its outputs to build or train a competing evaluation environment, or to train models on our worlds, except under a separate written licence; (c) disrupt, overload, scrape abusively, or circumvent access controls; (d) misrepresent our results, or use our name or marks to imply a certification, endorsement, or safety guarantee we have not given; or (e) use the service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
The engine, methodology, world-generator, screening pipeline, hidden seeds, this site, and the "SagaBench" name and marks are our property or licensed to us. Public data and replay packages are licensed as stated in section 2. Model names and marks are the property of their respective owners; their appearance identifies models under evaluation and implies no endorsement.
6. No warranty
The service, the public results, and any measurement are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. A SagaBench measurement is not a safety certification and does not predict real-world deployment outcomes. Our replay tooling exists precisely so you can verify any figure yourself rather than rely on us.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SagaBench is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising from your use of the free, public service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us for that service (typically none) or EUR 100. Paid engagements carry their own liability terms in the engagement agreement.
8. Third-party links
We are not responsible for third-party sites or content linked from ours.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are posted here with a new effective date, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Sweden have jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Customers contracting a paid engagement may agree a different governing law, arbitration, or venue in the engagement agreement.
